BioBase opens a folder on your computer as a project and gives you two tools over it: the Data Agent, which analyzes the files you point it at, and a terminal. Results land back in the same folder. Genome tracks, molecular structures, spreadsheets, arrays and reports open in viewers inside the app. With backup off, the default for every new workspace, Infera Cloud doesn’t keep your files or your conversation. To answer a request, the Data Agent sends your message and the contents of the files it reads to the model, and the code it writes runs in a cloud analysis environment. Turning on backup uploads the workspace folder to Infera Cloud.
