## Signing in

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="BioBase could not check your sign-in. Check your connection and try again.">
    BioBase checks your sign-in when it opens and couldn't reach Infera. Once you're online, select **Sign in to Infera** or reopen the project.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Sign-in did not finish. Try again and approve the request in your browser.">
    The browser step was canceled or took too long. Select **Sign in to Infera** again and select **Approve** in the browser.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Sign-in was cancelled. Start again.">
    A second sign-in or a sign-out started while this one was open.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your BioBase sign-in has expired. Sign in again to continue.">
    Infera rejected the saved sign-in, so BioBase signed you out. Select **Sign in to Infera**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Infera no longer accepts your BioBase sign-in. Sign in again to continue.">
    Infera ended this device's sign-in, for example because an administrator revoked its access. If the message returns after you sign in again, ask an administrator on your Infera account whether this device's access was removed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your OS credential store is unavailable. This sign-in lasts only until BioBase closes.">
    The operating system's credential store (Keychain on Mac, a keyring on Linux) is locked or not set up, so BioBase can't save the sign-in. Sign in to the credential store or set it up, then sign in to BioBase again. Until then, you sign in each time you open BioBase.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your Infera account does not have access to the Data Agent. Ask an administrator on your Infera account to enable it, then sign out and sign in again.">
    BioBase reads your account's permissions when you sign in, so access granted afterward applies only after a fresh sign-in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your workspace request is awaiting approval. Access is enabled after an Infera administrator approves the request.">
    Most accounts are ready once the email address is confirmed. Infera reviews some workspace requests before enabling access. To ask about yours, email [hello@infera.bio](mailto:hello@infera.bio).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="This workspace request was not approved. Contact Infera support if you believe this needs review.">
    To ask for another review, email [hello@infera.bio](mailto:hello@infera.bio).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your Infera plan does not include this. Ask an administrator on your Infera account to enable it.">
    When the message lists plans, each of those plans includes the feature. Compare plans under **Usage and billing** in [Data Agent settings](/settings/data-agent).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="This BioBase action is not available on Infera right now. Try again later, or contact Infera support.">
    This version of BioBase uses a feature Infera isn't serving yet. Try again later. If it continues, email [hello@infera.bio](mailto:hello@infera.bio).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="BioBase could not complete the request.">
    A network or server failure returned no further detail. Check your connection and try again. If it continues, email [hello@infera.bio](mailto:hello@infera.bio).
  </Accordion>

  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The analysis was stopped before your message was saved. Send it again.">
    You sent a follow-up while the analysis ran, and **Stop** ended the response before BioBase saved the follow-up.

  </Accordion>
